CadAndCuts provides:

• Laser cutting services

• Custom-designed and made-to-order products

• Digital content and product tutorials

Custom Orders

• Custom products are manufactured based on customer-provided specifications.

• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files and specifications are accurate.

Intellectual Property

• Customers retain ownership of their original designs.

• CadAndCuts retains ownership of any original designs, templates, or files created by us unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to showcase finished products for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the customer requests confidentiality.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of manufacturing:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

• Such variations are not considered defects

Pricing & Availability

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed

Limitation of Liability

CadAndCuts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from misuse of products

• Errors in customer-supplied designs or specifications
