Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through supported online payment gateways displayed at checkout. Available methods may change from time to time.

Payment Timing

• Full payment is required before production begins

• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Custom orders require upfront payment

• Production begins only after payment clearance

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if:

• An order is canceled before production begins

• There is a verified defect caused by our manufacturing process

Refunds do not apply to:

• Design errors supplied by the customer

• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to manufacturing

• Change-of-mind after production

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve any issues.

Invoices & Receipts

Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically upon successful payment.
